Home Inspections
What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual examination of a property’s structure, systems, and components to identify potential issues or areas of concern. It helps buyers and sellers understand the condition of the home.
Why is a home inspection important?
Buyers - A home inspection provides valuable information about the property’s condition, helping buyers make informed decisions and negotiate repairs or price adjustments if needed.
Sellers - By conducting an inspection before listing, sellers can identify and address potential issues that might deter buyers or result in price negotiations. This proactive approach helps present the home in its best possible condition.

How long does a home inspection take?
Typically, a home inspection takes 2-4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.
